Welcome to OINZpay. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the OINZpay platform, including our website, mobile application, and services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Description of Services
Oinzpay is a multi-service platform providing:
Bill Payments: Airtime, data, cable TV, and internet subscriptions.
Utility Payments: Autos, solar, Electronics and gadgets, etc…
Lifestyle & Travel: Auto-related services, travel bookings, and transportation logistics.
Payment Processing: All financial transactions are processed securely via our partner gateway, Monnify/TeamApt.
2. Service Charges and Payments
By using OINZpay, you acknowledge and agree to the following regarding costs:
Convenience Fees: OINZpay reserves the right to charge a service fee (convenience fee) on certain transactions. These fees are clearly displayed on the checkout page before you authorize payment.
Third-Party Fees: In some cases, service providers (e.g., DISCOs for electricity) may levy their own charges.
Non-Refundable Fees: Service charges/convenience fees are generally non-refundable once a transaction has been successfully processed.
3. User Consent and Authorizations
By clicking “Pay” or “Confirm,” you grant OINZpay and Monnify/TeamApt the explicit consent to:
Debit your linked bank account or wallet for the total amount displayed (Principal + Service Fee).
Store necessary transaction data for compliance and record-keeping purposes.
Share relevant data with third-party providers (e.g., airlines, solar companies) to fulfill your service request.
4. Wallet and Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and PIN.
OINZpay will never ask for your password or PIN via phone call or email.
Any transaction performed using your credentials will be deemed authorized by you.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 100% uptime, OINZpay acts as an intermediary. We are not liable for:
Service Provider Failures: Delays or failures caused by telecommunication networks, DISCOs, or travel carriers.
Incorrect Input: Losses resulting from you providing the wrong phone number, meter number, or account details.
Monnify/TeamApt Downtime: Issues arising from the payment gateway’s technical infrastructure.
6. Refunds and Failed Transactions
Failed Transactions: If your account is debited but the service is not delivered, funds will be reversed to your OINZpay wallet or original payment method within 3 to 7 business days, subject to bank processing times.
Disputes: All transaction disputes must be reported to info@oinzpay.com within 48 hours of the occurrence.
7. Compliance with Nigerian Laws
OINZpay operates in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, including:
CBN Regulations: Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
NDPR: We protect your data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation.
Always use oOINZpay in a well-lit area and maintain a comfortable distance from your screen. If you have an existing epileptic condition, consult your doctor before interacting with our digital interface.
9. Modifications to Terms
OINZpay reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

By using the OINZpay Wallet, you agree to the following internal financial protocols:
Wallet Funding: You may fund your wallet via bank transfer, USSD, or debit card through our payment partner, Monnify/TeamApt Funds will reflect in your wallet balance once Monnify/TeamApt confirms successful receipt.
Fund Utilization: The balance in your OINZpay wallet can only be used for services offered on the platform (Bill payments, Autos, Solar, Travel, etc.).
Wallet Not a Bank Account: You acknowledge that the OINZpay wallet is a stored-value account for digital transactions and is not a traditional bank savings account. It does not accrue interest.
Negative Balance: In the event that a technical error allows a transaction to process beyond your available balance, you agree to immediately top up your wallet to clear the resulting debt.
Inactivity: OINZpay reserves the right to charge a nominal administrative fee for accounts that have remained inactive (no logins or transactions) for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to Nigerian regulatory guidelines.
11. Withdrawals and Reversals
Wallet-to-Bank Transfers: If you choose to withdraw funds from your OINZpay wallet back to your personal bank account, a processing fee may apply. This fee will be displayed before you confirm the withdrawal.
Transaction Limits: To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, OINZpay imposes daily and cumulative funding/spending limits based on your KYC (Know Your Customer) level. You may be required to provide a BVN or Government ID to increase these limits.
12. Termination
Right to Freeze: OINZpay reserves the right to freeze or suspend your wallet without prior notice if we detect suspicious activity, fraudulent transactions, or a breach of CBN regulations.
Suggested Addition to your “Service Charges” section:
Automatic Deduction: By maintaining a wallet balance, you authorize OINZpay to automatically deduct the total transaction cost (inclusive of service charges) at the moment you initiate a service request.
